Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram page, @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows and all in between. In 1990 I moved to America along with my parents and brother at the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my story. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I worked hard to impress them and had tunnel vision in the direction of achievement. My life was set out for me to attend university, find an employment in a company then marry, and purchase a home. It was my idea of what success would look like. But life had other thoughts. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. Although the salary and status were good however, I wasn't sure if the work was satisfying. Instead I felt that I was simply spending my time. While navigating my way towards a new job, I realized that I was meant to work as personal trainer. I loved exercising, I enjoyed having fun and I enjoy helping others. My business started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. There are a few Asian females working in the field. My goal is to become a catalyst within the field to offer the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals so that they can achieve what they wish to do. In the beginning of my profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. To be in Heaven she now rests in peace after a long battle with Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think of her every day. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe is a way of providing us with what we truly require. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey as I was given another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel that I am living now and not merely existing like the person I was back in my previous. In sharing my story I hope my thoughts will resonate with yours. My hope is to help you realize that you're not alone. You have the capacity to succeed in whatever you want to achieve. I pray that you live the life you want to live and that you die without regrets, as dying is the only possibility that awaits us in our life.
